We have this but that allows you to use any text you want and insert the city name wherever. So you don't have to select from pre-defined sentences
Use this:
<script src="http://www.iwantu.com/custom_city.love?cid=851001&new=1&page=search.love &text=Find chicks in __CITY__ now!"></script>
Where cid is your campaign id, new is 1 or 0 (open in new window or not), page is where you want link to go (such as search.love, index.love, join.love, etc....) and text is the sentence you want (inserting __CITY__ as a placeholder where you want the geo city to appear).
