I through down 5k once at a black jack table and I lost. I asked teh casino for it back and they told me no.
I bought a gym membership last october and went 3 times, I am still getting billed and they wont return any of the money for the months i didnt use (oct 2004).
I always stand my ground. Never talk price with a model either to have it taken down. It could be considered extortion. Always just connect them with your attorney.. Let them deal with it. This kind of thing happens all the time. Especially with girls who are doing it to pay of their car insurance.
I cleary state that i can do anything with this content, sell it to whomever, even make a bill board out of it and that it will be published forever. Then I ask them if they understand that and have them repeat to me in their own words what that means. It really cuts the crap down to a minimum.
