Very interesting.
The US Cell industry is very, very money grabbing - IE, to register a shortcode, the costs are 1000% above the standards outside the USA; To send through tMobile you have to route through a few of their services, so they make an extra 50c off any download their users attempt.
Not only that, there's the blanket ban of anything adult, or adult related.
There are not even rigid guidelines - if they don't like the smell of what you're doing, you're gone.
Evidently, they've realised there's a buttload of $ to be made, so are bringing a rating system in, to allow for adult content.
Incidently - we can send to the USA - adult or non adult ;)
