here is a good ADVICE buy at least 1/4 chilli pepper and cotton at least a fistfull then get a thick palstic, munnch those pepper to the cotton let all the pepper fluids be suck by the cotton, when this cotton absorbs all the peppers fluids it will turn the cotton a bit orange in color, take the cotton out of the plastic and let it dry for 3 days when the cotton is 100% dried look where that sick ex of your girlfiend lives maybe call the mobile company to verify his location or address, once you know where he lives go there when he is asleep light up the cotton (don't worry it wont burn) it will just smoke like a cigarette but make sure don't inhale the fumes from that cotton or else you will be a victim of your own plot
once the cotton starts smoking better leave the place and a note LEAVE HER ALONE! he will be sick for a week with a swollen eye and a very bad throat, no voice at all and a traumatizing experience, don't worry he can't die with this, but if you want him dead i have a few more advice
