I have a friend who had this exact same problem with 2 girls. They were practically obsessed. Seriously, the one was crazy. Neither one of them left him alone until he completely ignored them.
This guy is still crazy about your girlfriend. Your girlfriend needs to force him to hate her. She needs to make him think she's a bitch. He needs to get to the point where he says to himself "why was I ever with that bitch?"
Once he gets there, you're home free.
