She wants to see if she can let bullshit happen right under your nose and how long you'll put up with it. Once she knows she has you under her thumb, she'll start playing lots more silly games like this.
Make her choose between you and him -- now and for good! Tell her that as a guy, you can tell when someone's sniffing around trying to steal your woman! That's exactly what he's doing, and that's exactly what her encouragement (by responding to him) tells him and YOU!
This is one of the first signs of a potential cheater -- if she gets away with this now, she'll be fucking somebody else soon enough!
