is there any way to stop getting cheated (hitbots) with cjultra?

it seems that the methods are all reactionary (you put a 1X1 clear image link on the page and see if it gets traffic etc...)

the script doesn't supply any preventative methods (blocking proxy ips etc...)

has anyone used this script and avoided the hitbots?
