If you have the 2257 docs, modeling release & signed contract...and you bartered the shoot with traffic commodity and it was spelled out in the contract, I'd say you're not legally obligated to pull the pics.

I've never comprehended how someone can think they can just "retire" from the net. Once released, the pics are out there...period, d/led to people's systems, passed around on forums, communities, newsgroups, etc. Its a geometric progression over time.

I wouldn't have discontinued using the images based on what you related above. Just my
