Alright, lets say we're keeping it super simple. No audio corrections, no color correction. No logo animation. The 2 cameraman knew what they were doing and didn,t make stupid mistakes. Just slapping stuff together.
Time to digitize : a 20 min scene = average... 40 min of footage x 2 (2 cameras) = 1 hour 20 min of capture time.
Edit time : say for something thats reasonably good without getting fancy : 2 hours.
Render time for the final scene (Hi/Low) : average 30 minutes for both.
Total time : 3 hours, 50 min.
Hourly rate for a respectable video editor : 25$
Total : 100$
Personnally, when I do mainstream work, I charge about 100$/hour, so 25$ an hour for a high grade editor is a good deal. Any lower than that and you get average editors who don't necessarily have all the technical know-how to get your scene looking sharp and flowing.
Of course this includes watermarking, etc.
