Like I told you on icq everyone needs support, mail icq or whatever. No support means bad biz. Everyone needs to talk to the program owner once a while or even to a tech guy when the sites slow or down. Or ratios are off or even good stuff like winning prizes on contests, you gotta have a way to contact ppl. Even for the top5 programs. These things happen.
