Mutt, I am not sure about your statement that they are better off. If they are just selling their time being an escort yes, but fucking a paying client; they can't demand if the 'john' is free of aids or any other STD, if they want the money. And, I doubt there is a photo crew around the model, actress or whatever who would not protect her when she says no. JMO
