I was working on a perfect record! Out of thousands of transactions this year I'd had NOT EVEN ONE SINGLE CHARGEBACK! I was hoping for a perfect year. But now some fucking idiot has ruined my record. And it was on a rebill, not an initial join.

I keep my chargeback ratios very low by giving members access to my personal email, ICQ, a message board, etc etc. I make life very easy on them and give great customer service.

God damn it! How disappointing!
