The girl(s) is a prostitute in a 3rd world country. You know she is HIV+ and you see her every night with new guys walking back to the hotel room.
This is also the kind of place where if she catches you messing up her money, she can have you seriously hurt. Do you still butt in and risk serious drama and possible injury?
