I'm not 'shifting the burden of proof' I'm pointing out the fact that you don't understand what the term 'positive statement' means.
The thing you don't seem to get here is I am
not saying God exists. I am saying that it's impossible to make a positive claim on the matter either way, since niether side can prove their case.
