Hi you guys! I LOVE this forum, the site name ROCKS!! LOL..
Anyway.. I have a problem and thought that this woud be a good place to get some help...
I had made an agreement with a photographer who also agreed to build me a website if I shot with him (Im a model, btw)I went to his studio, we did the shoot ... Then he started my website the next day, but he dragged his feet on a dailly basis for the next 3-4 months, and the progress was SLOW as hell
he made excuses every day as to why he didnt have time to do more etc...etc...
I felt helpless because I cant afford to HIRE a webmaster, and I didnt know shit about html or webdesign.
When I asked him about the merchant account, he said its in his name but I can trust him, I told him I would feel more comfortable if it was in MY name, he blew up and quit on the spot....
Anyway without boring you further...
Is there anything I can do to this guy legally for having screwed me?
I lost a lot of income potential in all that wasted time the site was down... and not functioning....
The GOOD news is that in the PINCH (and because Im a single mom struggling hard to survive) I LEARNED like OVER NIGHT how to design my own site... and its finally up!!!
