chicken chow mein, i'll like it as much as lo mein?
I do like the lo mein, I like to slather it in soy sauce. I know the chow mein has some of those crispy noodles like they put in salads (I think). so I should still bathe this fucker in soy sauce or is it that much different? when I eat asian I usually eat japanese, and i've never had chow mein.
I guess ill figure it out soon enough, but still, do tell, and feel free to recommend other similar chinese dishes.
