armoury.. is a place where the most canadian reserve units are located..
not ever town or city has a CFB in its neighbourhood.
militia is a citizen armoury group. after 68 2/3 of active military were either disbanded ( broken up and went into the history books) or went into reserve mode.
tell me your city and i will tell you three reserve units.
as to your comment the usage against civies population...
wp is not used at an offensive weapon.. period.
ex canadian armed forces weapons tech/infantry qualified.
