As crockett said. Anyone selling the product would indeed be part of the industry. By your logic you are saying all stores are not in the industry for the products they are selling. To place it into a commercial analogy. The production/photographer would be the manufacture, and the TGP owner would be the store selling the product.
Office Depot may not make the cool leather reclining office chair, but they sell it and are certainly in the "office industry".
A TGP owner does not make the facial video, but he sells it and is certainly in the "porn industry".
So, you can keep your two cents. I don't need your spare change to know who is in this industry. It's been working fine before you ever came along.
