They will relieve the infection at the office, give you some antibiotics and some pain meds (if they are nice). After a day or so it won't hurt. Then make a follow up to get that bitch pulled. Usualy it takes shit like this to get my ass to the dentist too.
btw, 1-800-dentist if you are in the US should help you find something for emergencies.
