What I meant were the webserver applications that will probably be quite useful in the future. I'm not sure if we'll see trading scripts running on the .NET platform - since I'm not a specialist, I can't tell.
All I know is that a friend of mine sees a big future for ASP.NET in webserver applications, and I wonder if and when major players in this biz will take the step towards .NET.
