That's right, there's a reason we have due process in this country. I know you nazi right wing republicans don't like it, but in this country every man is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Animals like this aren't beating this guy down because he did something wrong, they're beating him down because they're animals ALWAYS looking for an excuse to beat someone down, and if you let them do it for this they'll do it for anything to anyone they don't like.
