People in/around Vancouver cannot drive. I've driven through the United States, and no one there speeds. They may change lanes alot, but they never speed, and I've never seen any close calls while driving there. Anyway, people in Canada can't drive. And when people who can't drive are speeding and trying to sing along to their favourite alanis morsette CD, that's a recipe for disaster.
