Thanks, I already spoke to them. Also did a three way with the rep and my bank. If my bank could release the pending charge everything would instantly correct itself. The bank said they would do it right away, just first my bank needs a fax from epassporte stating they are releasing the transfer, blah blah. Well apparently it will take epassporte 3-4 days to send the fax.
