I lived there for 21 years in a not so good neighborhood.
he cant get a job coz
a) he cant speak the language >> They do , for 90% of them , they were borned and raise there.
b) he has no education >> i wonder why they drop so early? maybe cause they see older ones no getting a job EVEN with a degree.
c) he is lazy and aint really tryin >> they try a lot and are not lazy, after a while u get tired of trying
