I had a boyfriend who got a PA one time, he said it hurt like a bitch & continued to bleed for quite a while afterwards, anytime he got any kind of a mini erection for the first little while it hurt, to be honest I did not like it & it hurt me when we had sex... eventually I made him take it out & one night he forgot to put it back in afterwards & the hole closed over.
I'd personally not recommend it to either guys or girls
