I don't think mine did either. Never, ever at all ever had a single problem with webair ever & that's the truth!!
I thought about moving not too long ago, & my original motivation for that was money, as I could get more bandwidth for less than half of what I am paying now, but fuck it. Webairs earned my trust & business & it is certainly worth the extra couple bucks.
