MELON.com launched 2days after I sold it (to a damn BILLION/TRILLION dollar Korean telecom who launched it's own itunes/ mobile/web "entertainment on demand" company.) the other domain (12+chars) never even launched... they bought it to take it off the market.

I got lots of stock for that deal... but I was smart enough to get a cash buyback guarantee!
though I should have bought me.com for under 500K last year... amazing 2char domain... simply FUCKING amazing. when I contacted former owners they wanted 7fig and then they caved last year cause they thought market was gone/dead... damn. and then Local.com sold for $700K last year as well... what a steal. damn. way underpriced.
btw, me.com is a nice site now...
