First create your target folder(s)
the go up to Tools>Message Rules>Mail
click new...
in part 1, put a checkmark in the "where the message is from the specified account" box...
in part 2, put a checkmark in the "move it to the specified folder" box...
in part 3, click the "specified" link (it's blue).. in the popup, select the account from the pulldown.... click ok.
still in part 3, click the "specified" link (it's also blue)... in the popup, select the folder where you wanna move the mail... click ok.
click ok...
click ok...
that should do the trick.
