We have had that feature in MPA3 for quite some time,
and it currently works for Universal Processing, Netbilling, Metacharge and Eprocessing Network, that in case of failure of processor (processor is unavailable) system turns off that processor and when the service is available again the system turn it back on - this to avoid that your primary processor, for instance, is down more than it should after coming back up again.
In comparison to other products you do not have to sit down and watch every ten minutes as the system handles all of that automatically for you.

Where is your uptime tracking based from? The client's install? Your servers? Why not make the data public for scrutiny?
This is a prerelease of the data. NATS v3 will auto enable/disable processors as stated above. No one needs to sit there and check data every 10 minutes.
