Luckily, it is easier to tell in real life than in thumbnail pics. After all, you can see body shape, bearing, adam's apple, hands, check for stubble, see the shape of the boobages, that sort of thing. The only transsexual I know is pretty obvious, though I have seen a few that left me blinking.
