Listen.. No one is bashing you or ePass.. Simple questions were asked and simple answers would be fine.. Why should we all have to email you with questions that are not personal to any account and concerns everyone..
And why would anyone have to defend you for answering questions?
It just seems to me like it would be good business policy to help out clients..
