I would guess a BIG piss as opposed to a medium piss would be much the same as fountain drinks BIG GULP (64 oz.) as opposed to its smaller counterpart, no not large (44 oz.) but medium (which can sometimes be 32 oz. or even as little as 22 oz. where 16 oz. is avail.)
I hope that puts it in perspective.
