I'd like to add - the value I place on it is more for niche/different industry oriented domains that open up daily in droves, and I'm not talking adult industry specific.
If you want a flower domain - you'll find one
If you want a car domain - you'll find one
If you want a pizza domain - you'll find one
TONS of domains coming up every day!

you are most welcome and it is pretty amazing how many domains are coming up every day. there are a wide array of reasons why domains go into pending delete and your points about the variety are key.
