Hey guys,
I am about to start to work with movie galleries...and as I am real n00b in MGP biz, I'd like to ask you if you can share some tips how to create good looking screen-caps for galleries ? And how to create also thumbs for tgps(mgps) where I need to submit those galleries ?
I know photoshop very well, and all my thumbs for standard galleries (images) are looking very good...but I don't have any clue how to make good looking thumbs from crappy screen-cap ?

Please help me out
