A webpage where you can make refills for products you already have and wont need a physical shipping adress. The site and services should be available for most citizens in the world

creditcards/refill cards) - refill funds
phonecards) - refill cards (i dont know how well this works on the net and which products are offered)
This is just my way of thinking loud. I have a lack of inspiration today hehe
