Well it is niche content and hence doesn't have as many people looking to buy it and those of ust hat do buy that content know what we are looking for and what sells and are more picky. This combined with it not being as easy to just use any model makes it a less attractive prospect for the content supplier than taking shots of cute teens that the masses will buy and not be too picky about.

In addition to which, not many people know how to actually shoot niche/fetish content so that it is what a fetish webmaster (and therefore their surfers) needs. They aren't likely to fully understand the niche and focus on the correct things. Hence, when it is done correctly it costs more money that the bog standard teen twiddling her button.
