I would definitly pick someone who has been around gfy for minimum of at least 2 years or so... Someone who knows the ropes of the board n shit.... Someone who knows what it is like to be a webmaster. Someone who has at least half a brain...

What about you? And no this is not a dig on the current mods... I am just talking out loud here...
