they dont know the history behind people, see something and think they need to take action

all the "new" mods suck. it bites that they are thrown into the loop with out have to earn there stripes, or anything like that. next thing you know, you are a mod on the biggest webmaster board with all the power in the world.. yet you dont know shit about any of the posters...
