Hardly the point. You dont go around commiting illegal acts , because someone commited illegal acts upon you.
If they can't go about it the legal way they need to change the laws to make it legal.. I think the interogations at guantanamo sounded "light" to me, i would be dipping those fuckers in oil vats, but i would do it legally. The whole point of having a legal process ,is so you dont get the wrong guy and make the problem worse..
