Flash works fine in Opera, you just need to install the plugin. I've been working on the banner rotator on and off - it just doesn't like the javascript (it doesn't like quite a bit of javascript).
HomeGrown is correct about the tables - proper html is needed to show these (the reason most things don't look 'right' is because of poor coding)
