After seeing how many people block flash banners, I'd be surprised not to see some change in them.
The sound banners are bad because of a couple things. Sometimes you don't want to have someone yelling some obscenity or adult phrase while you are working. Some work in offices, some work around family and kids. I know this is the adult industry, but some of us still have to keep some sort of privacy when we are working.
