you'll gain 5 pounds after the loadng phase, you can either do the 20g a day load or just not load(a month for the results). two ways to the same results.
if you wanna gain weight and you're small like me you'll need to eat 20-30g of protein at a min every 3 hours, max 4. metabolism will eat away gains if you go without a constant stream of protein. thats where protein shakes come in, but normally you want to eat higher quality protein from food sources and use the shakes as supplements to that.
if you truely wanna gain mass, don't worry about gaining a small gut, you can always cut later once you reach a higher weight.
