It is illegal for Africa to export the herb off the continent, so where can Americans find a pure form of it here in the United States?

It is supposed to be an ancient, yet natural, appetite suppressant that actually contains a molecule that tricks your brain into thinking that you are full... and is known to often cut about 1000 calories a day from the avg. user's diet.
