Sure I can be objective. when I first started using Ibill many many years ago they were great , 24/7 support, the person on the other end of the phone spoke english

and knew the answers, payments arrived in my bank on time or withing a day or so. cmi was updated and accurate. loved it.
then one day in september they payments stopped. so did the englisg speaking perople and the 24/7 support, the knolege of the people on the phone IF you could get them was zero and routed oftern to mailboxes that weer full .
Today its a little better, what payments I stil have with them sorta come on time, the reserves never showed up in my account last month, as I am told no ones did, they cant answer my questions. the people on the other end of the phone sometimes barely speak english, 24 / 7 support has gone, even during support hours i oftern get the out of hoursd message at 11 am in the morning (est ) if I have a question about payments i am told there is no superisor there and "payables" wont take phone calls, I have to e-mail them. I do, gues what , no reply. I asked about intergrating ibill as a backup processor with my systems I was told i would receive a call back to help set that up, it never happened.
You ask what I would want. I would want the old ibill back. luckily theire are other processors that are willing to offer this.
Ibill once in the middle of this asked us to trust them, wel since they have about 23K still of my money its a little hard to do, and each time i put down the phone , frustrated because "abdule" from soem inian tech center has no basic information and cant transfer me anywhere my "trust" of them slips alittle further away.
