I have recently wrote paypal enquiring about a PPM script (pay per minute). They replied back to me stating that if they had more requests for the service that they would begin to offer it to their customers. This would be a great feature to have for cam sites or live streaming etc. Anyone who uses paypal and would like this feature for free, send them an email requesting the service for your new website that uses webcams. Hopefully we can get them to begin to offer the script for free on paypal.
