Second Chance?
For a lot of new people out there, it's not a second chance. And if you took a look at the way iBill handles money these days, you would notice differeces. I have researched all over the internet, and to me the choice is easy. It's like the dog at the pound that no one wants, that turns out to be the dog that saves your life! I say if they were #1 before, why can't they be #1 again?
