The only proof you should need is the fact, not rumor, that iBill/IBD/PHSL is still owned by the same people who fucked over so many really good people and forced many of them out of the biz costing them hundreds of thousands of dollars.
If you choose to entrust these people with your money, go for it and I wish you the best. But please do not insult our intelligence by trying to promote them as anything more than they are. Too many people got hurt badly by iBill and no matter how long they pay you on time, iBill is not going to get a second chance.
