Warning Page:
I would cut down the warning page to not show any nudity at all.. The warning page looks good with the icons below it for where you're featured... But really a warning page should give your message that you should not be looking unless you're 18 or older. not a titty shot to show whats inside if you are 18 or under.

Splash Page:
I would lengthen the splash page a bit more.. There is a bit of a lack of information on what you're getting as a member on the front.. and it took me a second to figure out there was a second tour page... I would hit them with more info about the movies and photos on the very first page..

You have good emphasis on the shoot of the week area, the mixed in samples is good as well.. but it does take up more space than is required in my opinion.

I would try and re-work some of your pages adding in a bit more actual static text rather than the use of so many images.. you're gonna get a little better keyword density this way as well..

Tour Page 1:
This page at least gives a bit more information on the detail of the movies. I like the whole "this weeks video previews" there should be more emphasis on that alone I think.

The photo of the larger girls head, should be looking AT you rather than away.. Surfers like that connection of eye contact..

These were some of my feelings on the tour, overall it looks nice.. but it's lacking in marketing I think...
