I don't know too much about the IRA and the Basques........ But there are some basic things I fail to understand. Here in the US we have a group of peple called the Amish. No other modern day group of people is stranger; They live without and electricity, cars, etc.... pretty much live as they did over a century ago. Yet these people are indeed Americans and live peacefully here. They don't go around blowing people up trying to get their own country started. In the Middle East it's about Isreal. Isreal is never going to leave. It's unheard of for a modern day country the size of Isreal to just disolve itself and move to a different place. It's never going to happen.
