It's the name of the game. How cheap can you get the girls, how nasty are they going to be, etc. As for Russia, it's just simply one of the cheapest places to film. Czech is up there too.
The girls are hot, easy to film, always a manager and can get my hands on a catalog. Depending on what I need, sometimes I don't even have to leave the country. Just phone in what I need and have them send me the footage.
As for France and it's problems. We all have to deal with them. But as they say in France, "You do not move here for the work or money. You come here for other reasons." For the most part, I think it's a pretty cool place. The porn industry just really sucks. And the paperwork for absolutely everything. Apart from that, it's really cool.
